REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the product or the product is not as described, you can open a dispute for a full refund or partial refund. Also defective or damaged item can be returned as well for a full refund or exchange. It doesn’t have to be returned in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. When sending back your item also write down your order number and put it in the parcel.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Write an email to info@ypurstylechoice.com to open a dispute of the item/s you purchased. We will send you an address to where you should send them if we approve your refund. To know if we will accept your complaint and give you full or partial refund you must send us some proof (pictures or video).

You can choose between two options: Return Goods – this means that you want to return the item and apply for a full refund, or Refund Only – this means that either you did not receive the item and you’re applying for a full refund or you did receive the item and you want a partial refund (without having to send the item back).

Refund Only
– I haven’t received my order and I would like to get my money back OR
– The product is not as described and I would like a partial refund.
Return Goods
– I am not satisfied with the product I received and would like to return
it for a full refund. You will pay for shipping fee(s).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over 50€ ($55), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
